The taste of sun-dried tomatoes is so rich and ideal it may cause an addiction, and usually it does. Once you try it your world will never be the same. I used to buy italian sun-dried tomatoes in a shop until I realised it’s more quick to make them by myself at home than going to the Moscow city centre and back. Unfortunately there is no shop with those kind of things in a district i live in. But now I realise it’s for the best because I learned how to cook sun-dried tomatoes at home.
